Mandatory Days. Pay for additional time beyond the base contract and normal workday will be granted. All employees (full-time and part-time) will be required to work three full Mandatory Days and will receive full pay for these days. Supplemental work days will be scheduled for attendance at building or district directed in-service/staff development activities tied to the School Improvement Plan. I verify I was in attendance at the following mandatory supplemental work days or an alternative in-service activity approved by my evaluating supervisor (total of three):
