Common use of Mandatory Drug Testing Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Drug Testing. The Employer will not implement any policy requiring mandatory drug testing of bargaining unit employees, nor will it require any bargaining unit employee to take part in any mandatory drug testing, unless the safety of the employee, fellow employees, students, or the general public is in jeopardy. Any such testing will be consistent with guidelines prescribed by the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
