Mandatory Service. It is understood the City has the authority to ensure that solid waste management services are provided to all persons in its jurisdiction. The Contractor shall provide services in compliance with the Agreement. The Contractor shall provide not less than acceptable solid waste collection service to each occupied Residential unit, utilizing acceptable containers, in the Contract area. Each occupied Residential unit within the Contract area shall be automatically enrolled and shall become a subscriber to this service upon enactment of this Contract. The City shall, when requested, furnish the Contractor with a list of all City Customers located within the Contract area.
Mandatory Service. The rates for collection and disposal of garbage as set forth herein have been established upon the condition that mandatory Refuse service for residential establishments (i.e., single-family and master-billed communities) and mandatory Garbage service for commercial establishments will be in effect for the entire area within the boundaries of City and for the entire period that a rate is in effect. It is understood and agreed that in the event that mandatory service is not in force, then the rates set forth herein will be increased in an amount necessary to compensate Franchisee for its increased cost of operation.
Mandatory Service. The Franchisee shall provide solid waste collection services to all developed properties connected to the public water system located within the boundaries of the District. In the event a customer defaults on any solid waste payment owed Franchisee, the Franchisee shall continue solid waste services and utilize the payment collection methods in accordance with Section 7.2 (Collection of Bills from Delinquent Solid Waste Customers, Lien Procedures).
Mandatory Service. The Mandatory Service shall consist of routine maintenance and inspection of the Equipment at regular intervals or at such other intervals as AI may reasonably determine to be necessary in order to keep the Equipment in good working order and to comply with the provisions of the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 (as amended or superseded from time to time). 3.2.1. Routine maintenance of the Equipment shall be carried out by one of AI‟s suitably qualified and duly authorised representatives attending at the Location at such times during Normal Working Hours as may be agreed in advance between the Parties from time to time. 3.2.2. If AI‟s representative discovers a defect in or malfunction of the Equipment in the course of routine maintenance or if the Customer reports a defect in the malfunction of the Equipment, AI‟s representative or the Customer (as the case may be) shall ensure that the Equipment is prevented from being used. The Customer may request and AI may agree to provide the services set out in clause 3.3 at AI‟s standard charges in accordance with the provisions of clause 6.3.
Mandatory Service. Contractor shall provide mandatory collection service in accordance with City’s mandatory collection ordinance.
Mandatory Service. Failure of service recipients to maintain service by GreenWaste for Solid Waste collection shall, at the City's discretion, be enforced as a code violation. GreenWaste will be obligated at the time new service is established to notify the property owner, in writing, of the requirement in the City Code that all occupied parcels subscribe to refuse collection service. Said notice shall be in a form approved by the City Manager and shall include notice of the City Code provisions related to requesting exemption from mandatory trash collection requirement s for property uses which generate little or no trash or Solid Waste. City shall use good faith and reasonable efforts to enforce the City Code's mandatory trash requirement.
Mandatory Service. Except as heretofore provided, Franchise Material collection and disposal and Processing provided by Franchisee shall be mandatory for all Premises of City. Upon identification of Customers that have not signed up for collection and disposal services, Franchisee shall notify City of such Customers. Franchise shall have the right to discontinue collection services for all Residential and Commercial Customers that fail or refuse to pay the charges for such services as they become delinquent. Amounts are deemed delinquent for Residential Customers that have not paid within sixty (60) days of the due date amounts are due and for Commercial Customers that have not paid within thirty (30) days of the date amounts are due for purposes of Franchisee exercising the right to discontinue service. Franchisee shall notifyCity of any discontinuance of service to any Customer.
Mandatory Service. All Premises within City limits which are Occupied shall subscribe to Solid Waste Collection service provided by the Company. Any Person electing not to accept such service shall be required to pay the Minimum Service charge for solid waste service. Solid Waste Collection services shall be in the name and responsibility of the property owner. Property owners or representatives of Occupied property shall make arrangements for Solid Waste Collection services directly with the Company. A current owner of an Occupied property is not responsible for a prior owner's payment of Collection fees to the Company. Failure to pay such Minimum Service charge shall constitute a violation of section 8.04.100 of the City Code.
Mandatory Service. A certifying authority must process all applications received from a firm that has its principal place of business within the certifying authority’s geographic service area or forwarded to it under sub. (4), barring any conflict of interest.
Mandatory Service. An Officer who is subpoenaed to testify in a case involving Federal, State, or Municipal Courts, or an administrative agency as a direct result of his/her official capacity as an Officer of this State, shall be paid at his/her regular rate of pay for any time spent in court, or preparation thereof, on date(s) of testimony.
