Manner of Discipline. If the Board has reason to discipline an employee, it shall normally be done in a manner that will not embarrass the employee before other employees or the public and shall be done in a timely fashion. Any disciplinary investigation shall begin no more than 5 workdays after being notified of a problem. Upon conclusion of the disciplinary investigation, any discipline to be handed down shall be done with five (5) workdays.
