Manual signatures Clause Samples

The "Manual signatures" clause establishes that documents or agreements must be signed by hand, using a physical signature rather than an electronic or digital one. In practice, this means parties are required to print out the document and physically sign it, often in ink, before returning the signed copy to the other party or retaining it for their records. This clause ensures the authenticity and originality of signatures, reducing the risk of forgery or disputes over the validity of electronic signatures.
