Common use of Manual Clause in Contracts

Manual. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (a) carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual; and (b) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereof.

Manual. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (ai) carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Procedures Manual; and (bii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereof.

Manual. 1. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the objective thereofProject Implementation Manual and those of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (ai) carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual; and (bii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, said Manual or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereofits objective.

Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (ai) carry out the Project, or cause the Project to be carried out, in accordance with the Project Implementation Procedures Manual; and (bii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, in a manner whichif such amendment, abrogation, or waiver may, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereof.

Manual. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (ai) carry out out, through the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual, referred to in Section 5.01 (a) of this Agreement; and (bii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereof.

Manual. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient and each of the Project Implementing Entities shall: (ai) carry out out, the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual and the Monitoring and Evaluation Manual; and (bii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, ; or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in without the opinion prior written agreement of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereof.

Manual. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (ai) carry out the Project Project, in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual; and (bii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementionedaforementioned manual, or any provision thereof, in a manner whichif such amendment, abrogation, or waiver may, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective objectives thereof.

Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (ai) carry out the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation ManualOperational Manual referred to in Section 4.01 (a) of this Agreement; and (bii) except as the Association shall otherwise agree, not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association, may materially or adversely affect Project implementation or achievement of the objective thereof.
