Common use of Manual Clause in Contracts

Manual. 1. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (a) carry out, the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual; and (b) not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, without the prior written agreement of the Association. 2. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual and those of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

Manual. 1. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (a) carry outout Parts A, C, D and E of the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation ManualManuals (PIM, MEM and AFAM) all in form and substance satisfactory to the Association; and (b) not amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated, or waived, the aforementioned, or any provision thereof, without the prior written agreement of the Association. 2. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual Manuals and those of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

In the event of any conflict inconsistency between this Agreement, on the provisions of one hand, and the Project Implementation Operational Manual and those of this Agreementthe Administrative and Financial Manual, on the other hand, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
