Manuals and Drawings. 1. Before the goods and services are taken over by the user, the Vendor shall supply operation and maintenance manuals, (together with drawings of the goods and services where applicable). 2. The Vendor shall provide complete technical documentation of hardware, firmware, all subsystems, software. 3. The manuals and drawings wherever applicable shall be in English or Telugu. 4. At least one set of the manuals should be supplied for each installation sites. 5. Unless and otherwise agreed, the goods and services shall not be considered to be completed for the purpose of taking over until such manuals and drawings have been supplied to the user.
