Map Approval Clause Samples

The Map Approval clause establishes the requirement for one party to obtain the other party's consent before using or finalizing any maps related to the project or property. Typically, this means that any site plans, boundary maps, or other cartographic documents must be submitted for review and cannot be implemented until they receive formal approval. This clause ensures that all parties agree on the accuracy and suitability of maps, preventing disputes or misunderstandings about property boundaries, layouts, or project details.
