Common use of MARGIN SHARING Clause in Contracts

MARGIN SHARING. N2K and AOL will share Site Revenues as follows: 4.2.1 During each Quarter, AOL will receive (i) [****] of Site Revenues until such time as N2K has recouped the Quarterly Minimum Amount, (ii) [****] of Site Revenues until such time as N2K has recouped the Quarterly Recoupment Amount and (iii) [****] of Site Revenues during the remainder of the Quarter.
