A Market Orders clause defines the process by which orders to buy or sell assets are executed at the best available current price in the market. This clause typically applies to transactions involving stocks, commodities, or other financial instruments, ensuring that orders are filled immediately based on prevailing market conditions rather than at a specified price. Its core function is to facilitate prompt execution of trades, providing liquidity and efficiency for parties who prioritize speed over price certainty.
Market Orders not executed because there is not enough volume to fill them, will not remain effective and will be cancelled.
Market Orders. Orders to purchase or sell cryptocurrency at the prevailing market price (“Market Orders”) are based on the prevailing market price at the time the Market Order is filled, which is determined by ZHLS, or any other applicable Liquidity Provider, using proprietary methods, algorithms, processes, procedures and intermittent data (“Calculation Methodology”). Liquidity Providers, including ZHLS, may, subject to their own discretion, add a spread to any Cryptocurrency Transaction. The spread will be priced into any Order at the time of transaction and will increase the cost of any purchase above the prevailing market price. You understand and acknowledge that the price at which your Market Order is filled may vary from the price displayed at the time your Market Order is placed, and you further understand and acknowledge that Zero Hash may, at its sole discretion, cancel any Market Order if the prevailing market price changes significantly from the time the Market Order was placed. You further understand and acknowledge that Zero Hash may, at its sole discretion, cancel any Market Order. Zero Hash, or Zero Hash through the Platform, will send you a notification upon the occurrence of a cancellation of any Market Order.

You understand and acknowledge that the price at which your Market Order is filled may vary from the price displayed at the time your Market Order is placed, and you further understand and acknowledge that Apex Crypto may, at its sole discretion, cancel any Market Order if the prevailing market price changes significantly from the time the Market Order was placed. You further understand and acknowledge that Apex Crypto may, at its sole discretion, cancel any Market Order. Apex Crypto, or Apex Crypto through your Correspondent, will send you a notification upon the occurrence of a cancellation of any Market Order.
Market Orders. (a) An ‘At Market’ order is an order to buy or sell specified units of a security at the current market price at the time the order is given. (b) We will use best endeavours when executing your ‘At Market’ order but cannot guarantee precise execution as to the price specified by guidance provided by us at order entry. (c) We will place your ‘At Market’ order instruction for execution only when: (i) trading for the particular stock is in continuous match mode; (ii) trading for the particular security is not suspended or halted; and (iii) placing the order will not contravene our obligation to maintain an ‘orderly market’. (d) ‘At Market’ orders cannot be accepted on the Futu Platforms: (i) outside of market hours; or (ii) when trading in a particular stock is halted/suspended. (e) ‘At Market’ orders can be rejected at our discretion.
Market Orders. Market orders may be submitted either in U.S. dollar (“USD”) amounts or in Cryptocurrency amounts. I understand that (A) RHC does not currently support sending traditional market buy orders and that RHC collars all market buy orders by using limit orders priced up to 1% above the last ask price, and (B) RHC does not currently support sending traditional market sell orders and that RHC collars all market sell orders by using limit orders priced up to 5% below the last bid price. If I place a market order, I agree to pay or receive the prevailing market price at the time my market order is executed, subject to the specific clarification above relating to buy and sell orders. I understand that the execution price may be significantly higher or lower than anticipated at the time I placed the order.
Market Orders. A. Market IOC ✓ ✓ The Market IOC order type will submit an aggressive order to the ECN. This order type will match against the best market quotes until the order's quantity is completely filled or there is no more liquidity on the ECN. Market Orders. A Market Order is an order to buy or sell a crypto asset at the market's current best available price. A market order typically ensures an execution but it does not guarantee a specified price. Market Orders are posted immediately onto the order book and are considered as a “Taker Order”. Please note Market Orders are influenced by the liquidity in the order book at the time the Market Order was placed. Market Orders could fill at a price less favourable than the last recent trade price and, in some cases, this could result in large price changes called ‘slippage’.
Market Orders. All Robinhood Financial Market Orders, except for sell orders during the regular trading day session, are technically limit orders with a collar up to 5% above the last trade price, although during the extended hours trading, these types of orders will be available for only a select list of securities as determined by Robinhood Financial and based on extended-hours trading spreads. Orders in securities that do not fit into this category will be effected only as traditional Limit Orders, in which case You will not be shown an option to place a Market Order. Any Market Order placed while all sessions are closed will be queued for the opening of the next day session. Market Orders. 3.4.1. A Market Order is an instruction to buy or sell a specific quantity of goods without specifying a price or price range and a Market Order will be matched with other Orders in the Spot Order Book irrespective of the price. Neither the Applicable 1T Provider, nor its Affiliates, can warrant, nor do they warrant, that a Market Order will be fulfilled at a specified price, which is neither influenced nor otherwise regulated by us. A Market Order may result in the execution of a Trade at different prices, based on the quantity of the Market Order and the quantities of the existing Orders on the Spot Order Book at the time. In particular, a Market Order may result in the execution of a Trade at a price less favourable than the most recent trade price, in some cases significantly less. We take no responsibility whatsoever if a Trade pursuant to a Market Order is executed at a less favourable price than the recent trade price or trade price on comparable platforms to ours. 3.4.2. A Market Order is always a Taker Order.
Market Orders. Anchor accepts Market Orders to purchase or sell cryptocurrency based on the open market price at the time the Market Order is executed; and, in the case of Market Orders to sell cryptocurrency, for up to the entire volume of your holdings of any cryptocurrency. Market Orders are filled within a reasonable time of the Market Order being placed, based on the prevailing market price at the time the Market Order is filled. You understand and acknowledge that the price at which your Market Order is filled may vary from the price displayed at the time your Market Order is placed, and you further understand and acknowledge that Anchor may, at its sole discretion, cancel any Market Order to purchase cryptocurrency if the prevailing market price increases substantially, as determined solely by Anchor, from the time the Market Order was placed. You further understand and acknowledge that Anchor may, at its sole discretion, cancel any Market Order that is unable to be filled within a reasonable time of the Market Order being placed. Anchor will send you a notification upon the occurrence of a cancellation of any Market Order.
