Marketing Events. Adobe shall regularly engage in market making events to showcase the PDFPress Server Software. ESPS shall have the option to participate, without cost to ESPS (except for travel and entertainment), in all OEM market making events for the PDFPress Server Software. Nothing in this Agreement will prohibit ESPS from also marketing the PDFPress Server Software to the Named Accounts.
Marketing Events. The parties agree that User may provide opportunities to participate in User customer events or forums and that TRX may, in its sole discretion, choose to participate in said User customer events and forums. User agrees to provide reasonable notice to TRX of any such events. Additionally, User may provide TRX with sponsorship opportunities for User events that it makes available to its other technology providers.
Marketing Events a. At marketing events, the Managed Care Plan may discuss Managed Care Plan- specific information. All marketing events shall be reported to the Agency, as specified in Section XIV, Reporting Requirements, and the Managed Care Plan Report Guide. b. There are two main types of marketing events – formal and informal. (1) Formal marketing events are typically structured in an audience/presenter style with the Managed Care Plan formally providing specific Managed Care Plan information via a presentation on the products being offered. (2) Informal marketing events are conducted with a less structured presentation or in a less formal environment. They typically utilize a table, kiosk or a recreational vehicle (RV) that is staffed by a Managed Care Plan marketing agent who can discuss the merits of the Managed Care Plan. c. The Managed Care Plan shall submit all marketing scripts and written marketing material for approval to the Agency prior to their use during a marketing event. d. The Managed Care Plan shall obtain Agency approval prior to conducting any marketing events. e. The Managed Care Plan shall ensure that advertisements and invitations to marketing events (in any form of media) used to invite recipients to attend a group session include the following two statements on marketing materials: (1) “A health plan representative will be present with information.” (2) “For accommodation of persons with special needs at marketing events call <insert phone and TTY number>.” f. At a marketing event, the Managed Care Plan shall not: (1) Conduct health screening or other like activities that could give the impression of “biased selection.” (2) Require potential enrollees to provide any contact information as a prerequisite for attending the event. This includes requiring an email address or any other contact information as a condition to RSVP for an event online or through mail. The Managed Care Plan shall clearly indicate on any sign-in sheets that completion of any contact information is optional. g. The Managed Care Plan shall not use personal contact information obtained for any other purpose than to notify potential enrollees of raffle or drawing winnings. h. The Managed Care Plan shall notify the Agency of any change of plan attendance in advance of the scheduled event, including event cancellation and instances where the event is not cancelled but the Managed Care Plan has decided not to attend. Marketing Events. ‌ Marketing events are subject to the approval of FHKC. Unless otherwise required by FHKC, prior approval from FHKC is waived for the following types of events: a. Public events sponsored by a local government or state government; i. This includes events held primarily for participants of a city, county, or state-run program, such as sports clubs, art programs, and school-sponsored events. b. Events held by non-profit youth organizations; i. Such organizations shall be approved for this waiver on an individual basis and may be approved at the national level. ii. Insurer shall submit a written request for approval for each youth organization Insurer would like to include in this waiver. Approval of a waiver for another Florida Healthy Kids insurer does not provide automatic waiver of the same organization for Insurer. c. Events held by Providers in Insurer’s network so long as Insurer ensures the Provider has extended the same invitation to all other Florida Healthy Kids insurers for which the Provider is a network Provider; d. Other organizations approved by FHKC. i. Such organizations shall be approved for this waiver on an individual basis. ii. Insurer shall submit a written request for approval for each organization Insurer would like to include in this waiver. Approval of a waiver for another Florida Healthy Kids insurer does not provide automatic waiver of the same organization for Insurer. iii. Insurer shall submit the name, location and a description of the organization and their activities, whether such organization is non-profit or for-profit, a description of the events Insurer expects to attend, whether the events are open to the public or limited in any way, and any other information FHKC deems necessary. Insurer shall only distribute FHKC-approved Marketing materials at events. Insurer shall provide a quarterly report listing all events attended and events Insurer intended to attend, but which were cancelled or Insurer otherwise did not attend. At a minimum, such reports shall include: a. Event name; b. Date of event; c. Location of event; d. Host organization; e. Anticipated participant attendance; f. Actual participant attendance, if available; and g. Indication that Insurer did not attend, as applicable, and the reason for non-attendance. Insurer shall provide an annual report assessing Insurer’s Marketing events. The annual Marketing events assessment shall include: a. A summary breakdown of the types of events attended by: i. Marketing Events. ‌ Insurer shall submit all events subject to prior approval to FHKC for review at least seven (7) Calendar Days prior to the event. If Insurer is invited to attend the event fewer than seven (7) Calendar Days in advance, Insurer shall submit the event to FHKC for approval as soon as reasonably possible. Insurer shall submit all events to FHKC’s public outreach calendar at least seven (7) Calendar Days prior to the event. If Insurer is invited to attend the event fewer than seven (7) Calendar Days in advance, Insurer shall submit the event to FHKC’s public outreach calendar the same day the event invitation is accepted if the event does not require prior approval, or the same date the event is approved by FHKC if prior approval is required. Insurer shall inform FHKC if such an event is cancelled or Insurer is unable to attend as expected. Section 18: Eligibility and Enrollment‌ 18.1 Eligibility‌ FHKC is the sole authority for determining eligibility for Florida Healthy Kids. Insurer shall cooperate with any changes to eligibility and enrollment-related processes implemented by FHKC. Insurer shall, without restriction, accept Enrollees FHKC identifies to Insurer for coverage. Insurer shall not refuse to provide coverage to any Enrollee on the basis of past or present health status or need for healthcare services. Insurer shall not refuse to provide coverage to, or use any policy or practice that has the effect of discriminating against, any Enrollee on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or whether or not an Enrollee has executed an advance directive. Insurer shall inform FHKC of information Insurer receives about changes in an Enrollee’s circumstances that may affect the Enrollee’s eligibility, including changes in Enrollee’s residence and the death of the Enrollee, within five (5) Business Days of receipt of such information.
Marketing Events. 1. The ACO shall ensure that: a. Marketing Events do not involve health screenings or any other activity that is used, or could be perceived as being used, to avoid treating At-Risk Beneficiaries or to target certain Beneficiaries for services for the purpose of trying to affect the population of Beneficiaries aligned to the ACO for a subsequent Performance Year or, if the ACO has selected Prospective Plus Alignment as described in Section 8.01, a subsequent quarter of the current Performance Year. b. Marketing Events do not require attendees to provide their contact information as a prerequisite for attending the Marketing Event and that any sign-in sheets used for purposes of the Marketing Event are clearly labeled as optional. c. Beneficiary contact information provided at a Marketing Event is used only for the purpose for which it was solicited. For example, Beneficiary contact information provided for a raffle or other drawing is used only for purposes of such raffle or drawing. d. Any Marketing Activities conducted and Marketing Materials distributed as part of the Marketing Event comply with the applicable requirements of this Section 5.04 and Section 5.08. 2. In conducting Marketing Events, the ACO may engage in activities including, but not limited to: a. Hosting the Marketing Event in a public venue; b. Answering Beneficiary-initiated questions regarding the ACO’s participation in the Model; or c. Distributing the ACO’s, a Participant Provider’s, or a Preferred Provider’s business cards and contact information to Beneficiaries.
Marketing Events. JAWS shall participate in and, if requested by Axion, assist in the organization and implementation of, the jointly sponsored marketing events to be agreed upon by the parties as part of the business plan referred to in Section 4 below.
Marketing Events. A marketing event is any public gathering, seminar, meeting, conference, convention, trade show or other gathering that provides an IMR the ability to market Joi Rides and the Joi Rides business to potential IMRs and drivers/passengers. In addition to the general marketing standards, an IMR who wishes to display must adhere to the following standards: a) Visibly display his or her official Joi Rides name at all times when soliciting for IMRs and drivers/passengers; b) Provide the potential IMR, driver and passenger with approved written information regarding Joi Rides services immediately upon request; c) Provide Joi Rides’ contact information for inquiries, verification and complaints; and d) Strictly adhere to all of the P&P’s contained herein. We recommend that you attain booth accessories and branded materials needed to present a professional display. Joi Rides further reserves the right to refuse authorization for an IMR to participate in any function that it does not deem suitable for the promotion of Joi Rides.
Marketing Events. PayByPhone may conduct on-site marketing events and campaigns for its service, whereby PayByPhone will inform parking lot consumers of the availability of the PayByPhone mobile payment services as well as any promotions available, with the knowledge and approval of Client which is not to be unreasonably withheld consistent with all applicable law and permitting requirements.
