Master Bargaining. Where a Home is participating in a Master Bargaining Process, and a Union Committeeperson is attending a bargaining session with the Employer on Master issues, on a day that would otherwise be a scheduled day off, the Employer agrees to provide such employee with an alternative day off with pay, or, in the alternative pay for the scheduled day(s) so spent in negotiating meetings with the Employer.
