Master Formula Clause Samples

The Master Formula clause establishes a standardized method for calculating payments, adjustments, or other financial metrics within a contract. Typically, it sets out a specific formula or set of variables that will be used to determine amounts owed, such as interest, royalties, or price adjustments, ensuring all parties use the same calculation method throughout the agreement. By providing a clear and consistent calculation framework, this clause helps prevent disputes over payment amounts and ensures transparency in financial dealings.
