MASTER LESSOR. In the event Landlord is or becomes the tenant under the terms of any underlying Lease (the "Master Lease"), Landlord covenants and agrees that within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date it shall obtain from the lessor under such Master Lease (the "Master Lessor") an agreement in form and content acceptable to Tenant and Landlord, which provides that so long as Tenant is not in default hereunder, the Master Lessor shall not disturb Tenant's use and possession of the Premises upon the default by Landlord herein under the Master Lease or upon termination of the Master Lease for any other reason, so lone as Tenant agrees to attorn to said Master Lessor. In the event Landlord fails to provide Tenant with such an acceptable agreement within the sixty (60) day time limit, Tenant may terminate this Lease as provided for in Section 15.3.
