Master List of Nurses. 13 Within thirty (30) days after this Agreement becomes effective and 14 annually thereafter on request by the Association, the Association and the 15 bargaining unit chairperson will be given a master list of all Nurses 16 currently employed by the District in an electronic format that can be 17 emailed. The list will include the name, address, and the home and/or cell 18 telephone number unless unpublished, of the Nurse. Beginning with the 19 first (1st) month after the master list is provided, and each month 20 thereafter, the District will provide the Association, sent to ONA 21 Membership Services, the ONA Labor Representative, and the bargaining 22 unit chairperson, a list containing the name, address, and the telephone 23 number, unless unpublished, of any newly hired, terminated or retired 24 Nurse.
