Common use of Material Amendment Clause in Contracts

Material Amendment. 6.10.1 Any material amendment to this Agreement will be effective only with approval of both BESE, or its designee, and the Charter School’s Board of Directors. A Material Amendment shall not become effective and the Charter Operator shall not take action or implement the changes requested in the amendment until the amendment is approved by BESE or its designee. 6.10.2 The Charter Operator will submit any proposed Material Amendment in accordance with guidance promulgated by BESE. 6.10.3 Changes to the Agreement that constitute Material Amendments shall be identified in BESE Bulletin 126.
