Common use of Material and Test Reports Clause in Contracts

Material and Test Reports. Architect shall check and process, in a timely manner, all required material and test reports for the Project work. In addition, Architect shall provide notice of any deficiencies in material or work reflected in such reports, as well as its recommendation for correction of such deficiencies, to the contractors, DISTRICT and federal, state, regional or local agencies concerned with the Project, including but not limited to, the State Department of Education, the Division of State Architect, the Department of General Services or any other appropriate federal, state, regional or local regulatory bodies.
