Common use of Material Completion Date Clause in Contracts

Material Completion Date. Material Completion shall be achieved on or before the Material Completion Date specified in the Contract as amended by Change Orders. Failure by the Contractor to achieve Material Completion by not later than the Material Completion and Occupancy Date, as amended, shall be sufficient cause for the assessment of Liquidated Damages, as well as the assertion of any other rights or remedies allowed by law or by the contract.
