Material Safety Data Sheet. 32.1 If any chemicals, materials, or products containing toxic substances, as defined by 29 C.F.R. 1910, Subpart Z or any local, state or federal statutes or regulations, are contained in the products used on site or incorporated into the construction by CONTRACTOR or any of its subcontractors, CONTRACTOR must provide to DESIGN PROFESSIONAL and OWNER a Material Safety Data Sheet at the time of each delivery or prior to each new use of such product.
