Materials and Resources Clause Samples

The "Materials and Resources" clause defines the requirements and standards for the materials, supplies, and resources to be used in the performance of a contract or project. It typically specifies the quality, type, and source of materials that must be provided, and may require approval or inspection before use. For example, it might mandate that only certified or environmentally sustainable materials are acceptable, or that all resources must comply with certain industry standards. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all materials and resources used meet agreed-upon criteria, thereby maintaining quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project.
