Common use of Materials of Construction Clause in Contracts

Materials of Construction. a. All materials used in construction shall confirm to the Technical Requirements & Performance Standards mentioned in Schedule III. However, the Concessionaire shall have freedom to choose best quality building materials of the standard desired for a Circuit House. b. The Concessionaire shall at its own cost and responsibility arrange for the requisite construction materials, and any other materials and fixtures used in the works, as well as ancillary materials.
