Core and supplemental instructional materials for each course and/or grade level shall be 12 selected according to Policy and Regulation 2020, the applicable rules, regulations, and 13 guidelines of the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the State Board 14 of Education. When available, hard copies will be provided to all classroom teachers, and 15 others instructing from said materials. Access codes will be provided to all online 16 materials. When individual student copies of materials are necessary, they will be 17 provided. 18 B. In cases in which no instructional materials exist or supplemental materials are needed, 19 such materials may be selected in compliance with Regulation 2020 by individuals, grade 20 level teams, or PLCs.   • Materials Transfer In order to facilitate the Development activities contemplated by this Agreement, either Party may provide to the other Party certain biological materials or chemical compounds Controlled by the supplying Party (collectively, “Materials”) for use by the other Party in furtherance of such Development activities.   • Panel Selection 1. The Parties shall apply the following procedures in selecting a Panel: (a) the Panel shall comprise 3 members; (b) within 15 days following the date of the establishment of the Panel, each Party shall nominate a Panelist; (c) the Parties shall endeavor 2. When packaging materials and containers in which a good is packaged for retail sales are classified in the Harmonized System with the good, they shall not be taken into account in determining whether all non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo the applicable change in tariff classification set out in Annex 4.03. 2.
