Maturity Date of Notes. In the case of a Fixed Rate Book-Entry Note, the interest rate or, in the case of a Floating Rate Book-Entry Note, the interest rate formula, the Initial Interest Rate (if known at such time), Index Maturity, Interest Reset Period, Interest Reset Dates, Spread or Spread Multiplier (if any), minimum interest rate (if any) and maximum interest rate (if any).
