Maximum Age. The Employer will extend Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance to cover employees over the age of sixty-nine (69). The Employer will provide such coverage up to the maximum age at which the Employer can purchase the insurance at a rate no greater than five percent (5%) higher than the rate charged for insuring an employee who is sixty-nine (69). .
