Common use of Maximum Age Clause in Contracts

Maximum Age. Contestant must not be older than 18 years old as of December 31 in the calendar year of the State Pageant.

Maximum Age. Contestant must not be older than 18 25 years old as of December 31 in the calendar year of the National Pageant in which she would compete if she were to win the State Pageant.
