Maximum Allowed. The Employer may elect to pay in excess of twenty-two (22) work days of paid military leave per calendar year to employees called or ordered to service, because of an Executive Order issued by the President of the United States, because of an Act of Congress, or because of an order to perform duty issued by the Governor of Ohio. This provision shall not afford fewer rights and benefits than are conferred under Chapter 5923.05 of the ORC.

  • Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached.
