Common use of Maximum Capacity Clause in Contracts

Maximum Capacity. Applicant shall not permit the Community Rooms to be occupied by more persons than allowed by the Building Code of the State of Hawaii (Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 180). The Maximum Capacity for the Conference Rooms is described in the Standard Fee Schedule. In addition, Applicant shall ensure that the Emergency Exits to the Community Rooms remain closed and clear at all times and is not to be used for unloading or loading purposes.
