Common use of Maximum District Contribution Clause in Contracts

Maximum District Contribution. School District #44 will pay towards the premium as stated in Item A for the two-year period of the current contract. The participating employee will pick their level of coverage - single, two- party, parent with children, or family. For the two-year period the District will pay up to, but not to exceed the following: Single Party $480.00/month or $5,760.00/contract year Two Party $661.00/month or $7,932.00/contract year Parent With Child $640.00/month or $7,680.00/contract year Family $782.00/month or $9,384.00/contract year
