Maximum Hours to be Worked. Full time employees, except under Clause 46, PM&S, Contract to EBA Transition, will not be required to work in excess of 72 hours in any fortnight, except as overtime. Employees will not be required to work in excess of 12 hours a day without receiving overtime in terms of Clause 20 Overtime.
