  • Maximum Capacity The Sick Leave Bank shall accumulate unused Bank days from year to year to a maximum capacity which shall not exceed double the number of eligible employees as defined in the above Section C, Eligibility for Membership.

  • Minimum Monthly Rent Tenant shall pay minimum monthly rent (โ€œMinimum Monthly Rentโ€) in the initial amount stated in Section 1.5. The Minimum Monthly Rent shall be increased as set forth in Section 1.5 and/or elsewhere in this Lease. Tenant shall pay the Minimum Monthly Rent on or before the first day of each calendar month, in advance, at the office of Landlord or at such other place designated by Landlord, without deduction, offset or prior demand. If the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, the rent for the partial month at the beginning of the Lease Term shall be prorated on a per diem basis and shall be due on the first day of such partial month. Upon execution of this Lease, and before the Commencement Date, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the aggregate of the first monthโ€™s Minimum Monthly Rent, the first monthโ€™s Monthly Impound Payment (see Section 4.4), and the Security Deposit (see Section 5).

  • Maximum Total Payment Including the reimbursable expenses shown above (if any), the maximum total payment under this Contract is $ ; this is a not-to-exceed amount, and the District will not pay more than this amount unless specifically agreed to in an amendment executed by the parties.

  • Maximum Charges In no event whatsoever shall interest and other charges charged hereunder exceed the highest rate permissible under law. In the event interest and other charges as computed hereunder would otherwise exceed the highest rate permitted under law, such excess amount shall be first applied to any unpaid principal balance owed by Borrowers, and if the then remaining excess amount is greater than the previously unpaid principal balance, Lenders shall promptly refund such excess amount to Borrowers and the provisions hereof shall be deemed amended to provide for such permissible rate.

  • Reimbursement Amount Except for the metropolitan areas listed below, the maximum reimbursement for meals including tax and gratuity, shall be: Breakfast $ 9.00 Lunch $11.00 Dinner $16.00 For the following metropolitan areas the maximum reimbursement shall be: Breakfast $11.00 Lunch $13.00 Dinner $20.00 The metropolitan areas are: Atlanta Boston Cleveland Denver Hartford Kansas City Miami New York City Portland, OR San Francisco St. Louis Baltimore Chicago Dallas/Fort Worth Detroit Houston Los Angeles New Orleans Philadelphia San Diego Seattle Washington D.C. See Appendix L for details related to the boundaries of the above-mentioned metropolitan areas. The metropolitan areas also include any location outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Employees who meet the eligibility requirements for two (2) or more consecutive meals shall be reimbursed for the actual costs of the meals up to the combined maximum reimbursement amount for the eligible meals.
