If this Contract is for LESS THAN $5,000 (as shown in Section 4 (Maximum Total Payment; Payment Method)) and Contractor is providing (i) student tutoring services, (ii) professional consultation services, or (iii) theater or performing arts preparation or training, then Contractor shall maintain general liability insurance coverage of at least $250,000 for each claim, incident, or occurrence, and at least $500,000 annual aggregate coverage.

If this Contract is for MORE THAN $5,000 (as shown in Section 4 (Maximum Total Payment; Payment Method)) and the services provided are anything other than those mentioned in Section 29.c.1, then Contractor shall maintain general liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000 for each claim, incident, or occurrence, and at least $2,000,000 annual aggregate coverage.
