Maximum Pay Sample Clauses

The Maximum Pay clause sets an upper limit on the total amount that can be paid under a contract or agreement. In practice, this means that regardless of the number of hours worked, services rendered, or expenses incurred, payments to the contractor or service provider cannot exceed the specified cap. For example, even if additional work is requested, the total compensation remains fixed at the agreed maximum. This clause serves to control costs and prevent budget overruns, ensuring financial predictability for the party responsible for payment.
