Common use of Maximum Principal Amount Clause in Contracts

Maximum Principal Amount. The maximum principal amount secured by this Mortgage in the State of New Jersey upon recordation or upon any contingency that may be secured hereby at any time hereafter is $110,640,000.00, plus all advances made pursuant to any provisions of the Mortgage; provided that in no event shall any Mortgagee be obligated to advance in excess of the stated principal amount of the Note evidencing the indebtedness secured hereby.
