Common use of Maximum Revolver Amount Clause in Contracts

Maximum Revolver Amount. The definition of “Maximum Revolver Amount” as set forth in Schedule 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the single instance of “$120,000,000” and inserting “$100,000,000” in lieu thereof.

Maximum Revolver Amount. The definition of “Maximum Revolver Amount” as set forth in Schedule 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the single instance of reference to “$120,000,000140,000,000” contained therein and inserting replacing it with “$100,000,000” in lieu thereof[124,750,000]”.
