Maximum Unit Hours. The Contractor shall provide at a maximum [XX] number of unit hours annually for all Geographical Zones and may not increase the unit hours unless the increase is made during the Open Enrollment Period as described in Section 1.4.
Maximum Unit Hours. Contractor sets its own Maximum Unit Hours, as described in Section 1.2.D, during the Open Enrollment Period which is subject to change at Contractor’s discretion during the annual Open Enrolment Period.
