May Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Note Registrar, any Authenticating Agent or any other agent of the Issuers or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to TIA (S)(S) 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Issuers with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Note Registrar, Authenticating Agent or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, any Note Registrar, any Authenticating Agent Security Registrar or any other agent of the Issuers Company or of the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to TIA (S)(S) Sections 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Issuers Company and any Subsidiary Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Note Registrar, Authenticating Agent Security Registrar or such other agent.
