Common use of May Hold Notes Clause in Contracts

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or any of its Affiliates with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 6.07 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuer or any Affiliate of the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and the Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 8.08 and 8.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Note Registrar or such other agent.

The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and the Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 7.08 and 7.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, the Servicer, any Paying Agent, Transfer the Note Registrar, any Authenticating Agent and Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes Notes, and if operative, may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Servicer, Paying Agent, Transfer Note Registrar, Authenticating Agent and Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar Trustee or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer or any Affiliate of the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar Trustee or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, Trustee and any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or any other agent of the IssuerAffiliates, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and may otherwise deal with the Issuer Issuer, any Cartus Person and their Affiliates, any Series Enhancer, any underwriter or any of the other parties to the Transaction Documents with the same rights it would have if it were not the Indenture Trustee or an Affiliate of the Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and the Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Section 8.08 and Section 8.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any the Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and the Registrar or any of their respective Affiliates or any other agent of the Issueragent, in its their respective individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes a Note and may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and the Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to subsection 8.10(e) and applicable legislation, may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and the Note Registrar or any other agent of the Issuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may may, become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 8.08 and 8.13, may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Note Registrar or such other agent.
