Common use of MCC Status Clause in Contracts

MCC Status. MCC is a United States government corporation acting on behalf of the United States government in the implementation of this Compact. MCC and the United States government have no liability under this Compact, the Program Implementation Agreement, or any related agreement, are immune from any action or proceeding arising under or relating to any of the foregoing documents, and the Government hereby waives and releases all claims related to any such liability. In matters arising under or relating to this Compact, the Program Implementation Agreement, or any related agreement, neither MCC nor the United States government will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines or of any other jurisdiction or of any other body.
