Common use of MCC Status Clause in Contracts

MCC Status. MCC is a United States Government corporation acting on behalf of the United States Government in the implementation of this Agreement. As such, MCC has no liability under this Agreement, is immune from any action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Agreement and the Government hereby waives and releases all claims related to any such liability. In matters arising under or relating to this Agreement, MCC will not be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or any other body of Jordan.
