Mean Time to Respond. A. Global Crossing will meet a Mean Time to Respond commitment of [***] per trouble report on a 7 x 24 basis at all locations. The start time (alarm generation or trouble ticket creation) and response end-time (when Exodus is contacted) will be added to every trouble ticket. B. Mean Time to Respond will be calculated on a monthly basis and is reported as the average duration in minutes to contact Exodus after the initial alarm or trouble report logging.
