Measure 2 Sample Clauses

The 'Measure 2' clause establishes a specific standard or method for evaluating performance, compliance, or progress within the context of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria, metrics, or procedures that must be used to assess whether certain obligations or targets have been met, such as using a particular industry benchmark or measurement tool. By clearly defining how measurement is to be conducted, the clause helps ensure objectivity and consistency, reducing the risk of disputes over whether contractual requirements have been fulfilled.
