Measure 1. During each year of the charter term, the school will increase the total percentage of economically disadvantaged students by at least 4%.
Measure 1. During each year of the charter term, the Charter School will demonstrate growth gains rates of 20% above the national norm growth on the MAP norm referenced assessment in each content area.

Measure 1. Student cohorts will be formed in the third grade and will remain intact through the eighth grade. The performance on the third grade administration of the ITBS will set the baseline performance level for each cohort. Each cohort of third graders will get 10% closer to a NCE of 99 by the time that cohort takes the ITBS in the eighth grade.
