Metrics Sample Clauses
The Metrics clause establishes specific standards or benchmarks that must be met during the performance of a contract. It typically outlines how performance will be measured, what data or reporting is required, and the frequency of such evaluations. For example, it may require a service provider to meet certain uptime percentages or response times, with regular reports submitted to the client. This clause ensures objective measurement of obligations, promoting accountability and providing a clear basis for assessing compliance or triggering remedies if standards are not met.
