MEASUREMENT FOR PAYMENT. Measurement for Payment will be Lump Sum for modifications to playground sub-drainage system; and

MEASUREMENT FOR PAYMENT. When space is offered and accepted, the space will be mutually measured upon substantial completion and delivery. Payment will be made on the basis of actual measurements; however, payment will not be made for delivered space which is in excess of the maximum square footage solicited. The annual rent will be calculated by multiplying the annual square footage rate times square footage.

ADDITIONAL TRENCH EXCAVATION will be measured as CUBIC YARD of additional trench excavation, for Work which includes: a. Trench excavation, hauling and disposal of spoils. b. Furnishing, placing and removing excavation protection system.

MEASUREMENT FOR PAYMENT. Payment shall be by the linear meter in accordance with the unit price bid in the Form of Tender.

MEASUREMENT FOR PAYMENT. Payment to SOIL CONTRACTOR shall be measured on the basis of unit prices. To establish a basis for payment, Exhibit “C,” Forms ▇-▇, ▇-▇, ▇-▇ and A-4 set forth the unit prices (“Unit Prices”) for the various categories of Work to be performed by SOIL CONTRACTOR and for certain additional labor and equipment that may be required to perform the Work. The Unit Prices include all costs and charges for performance of the Work on a unit basis, including those costs and charges for labor, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, tools, taxes, services, overhead and profit. SOIL CONTRACTOR shall not be entitled to any percentage fee or markup, for overhead, profit or otherwise, on the Unit Prices. Furthermore, SOIL CONTRACTOR agrees that quantities of Work on the Phase 2 Project are subject to variation and that the Unit Prices are not based on any expected or maximum or minimum quantities of Work on the Phase 2 Project. SOIL CONTRACTOR shall not be entitled to any adjustment of the Unit Prices based on any claim or assertion that the actual quantities of Work were greater or less than those expected by SOIL CONTRACTOR or the Parties.

MEASUREMENT FOR PAYMENT. The width and depth of trench for pay purposes will be the measured width and depth of the actual trench excavation, but will not exceed the dimensions of the pipe trench as detailed on the Drawings, plus any allowance made for installing sheeting, bracing or pipe bedding. FLOWABLE FILL BACKFILL CONTROLLED LOW STRENGTH MATERIAL (CLSM) will be measured as CUBIC YARD of flowable fill backfill placed.
