Measurement Point Outside of the Contract Area Sample Clauses

The 'Measurement Point Outside of the Contract Area' clause defines how and where the measurement of goods, services, or resources will occur when the designated measurement location is not within the physical boundaries of the contract area. Typically, this clause specifies the exact external location for measurement, outlines the procedures for determining quantities or quality, and may address how losses or discrepancies between the contract area and the measurement point are handled. Its core function is to ensure accuracy and fairness in accounting for deliverables when measurement cannot be performed within the contract area, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying responsibilities between the parties.
