SellerwUlmaintainitsmetersin goodorderandto Sellerwill maintainitsmetersin good order andto this endwillmake periodictestsof itsmeterspursuantothe currentRules andRegulationsgoverninggas systemsissued bythe end will make periodictests of its meterspursuantto the current Rules and Regulationsgoverninggas systems issuedby the Commission,or atsuchshorterintervalsas seem at suchshorter intervals ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Seller desirable.. All installationofmeasuringequipmenta,, pplyingto oreffectingdeliverieshereundersor effectingdeliverieshereunders, hallbe madein such manner asto madeinsuchmanneras to permitan accuratedeterminationof the quantityof gas accuratedeterminationofRe quantityofgas delivered andreadyverificatioonfthe accuracyofmeasurement.accuracy ofmeasurement. MeasurementonSeller'smeteror Measuremenotn Seller'smeteror meters shall beconclusiveof both shallbeconclusiveofboth partiesexceptwherethe meteris defectiveor failsto defectiveorfails to register, or if ,orif found inerror,in eitherofwhichcaseSellershall ineitherofwhichcaseSeller shall repairor replacethemeterand thequantityof gas deliveredwhilethemeterwasoutof orderor replacethemeterandthe quantityofgas deliveredwhilethemeterwas outoforder or failed to registershallbe estimated:(a) By usingtheregistrationofany checkmeterif installedandaccuratelyregisteringoByusingthe registrationofany checkmeter if installedandaccuratelryegisteringo, r,inthe absenceof in theabsenceof (a): (b) By correctingthe errorif Bycorrecting the percentageoferror bycalibrafion, testor errorifthe percentageof errorby calibrationt,estor mathematicalcalculation, or, inthe absenceofboth

SellerwUlmaintainitsmetersin goodorderandto this endwillmake periodictestsof itsmeterspursuantothe currentRules andRegulationsgoverninggas systemsissued bythe CommissionSeller willmaintainitsmeters ingoodorderandtothis endwillmakeperiodictestsofits meters pursuantothe currentRulesandRegulationsgoverninggas systemsissuedby the Commissiono,or r atsuchshorterintervalsas seem to Seller desirableseemto Sellerdesirable.If Buyer isdissatisfiedwiththe Buyeris dissatisfiewd iththe accuracyat anytime, it may calluponSellerto have the metertestedin accordance withall regulationsrelatingto suchtestsand resultsof suchtests as maycall uponSellerto havethe metertestedinaccordance with allregulationsrelatingtosuchtestsandresultsof suchtestsas found in thecurrentRulesand Regulationsgoverning gassystemsissuedbythe Commissioninthe currentRulesandRegulationsgoverninggas systemsissuedby theCommission.
10. Eachpartyshallpreserveall recordsfor a periodofat leasttwo (2) years.

BuyerherebygrantstoSellersuitablerightsBuyerherebygrantstoSeller suitablerights-of-wayandeasementsnecessaryorincidentalfor the waayndeasementsnecessaryor incidentalforthe installationm, aintenanceo,perationandremovalofpipelineandotherfacilities togetherwithrightsofingresstheretoandegressthere perationandremovalofpipeline andotherfacilities • - togetherwithrightsof ingresstheretoandegressthere from atall times andherebyagreestodeliverto atallfimes andherebyagreesto deliverto Seller,for thesumof onedollar($1.00)forthe sumof onedollar($1.00),an appropriate instrumentor grant : definingsuchrightsandeasementslocated onBuyer'splant site. _5,_ Buyermayinstall, anappropriateinstrumenotrgrant definingsuchdghtsandeasementslocatedon Buyer'splantsite.
