Mechanical Completion Date. The date on which Mechanical Completion actually occurs.
Mechanical Completion Date. The date of achievement of Mechanical Completion shall be the date on which Buyer delivers to Supplier the Mechanical Completion Certificate that is ultimately accepted by Supplier or deemed to have been accepted.
Mechanical Completion Date. Contractor agrees to achieve Mechanical Completion of the Work no later than May 16, 1998, as such date may be adjusted as provided by the terms of this Agreement (the "Mechanical Completion Date").
