Common use of Mechanical Engineering Clause in Contracts

Mechanical Engineering. Contractor shall prepare mechanical engineering deliverables and documentation. Contractor mechanical engineering activities shall, in addition to the above, include the following: 1. Preparation of Equipment specifications and mechanical datasheets for mechanical equipment falling within Contractor’s scope of supply. 2. Preparation of requisitions for mechanical equipment for inquiry and for purchase.
