Medication Storage. Shelter Providers must develop and implement a policy regarding participant medication storage. The policy shall address medication storage, documentation, refrigeration, and shall include a secure and locked location for medication storage such as a medication cabinet, locker or drawer. The Shelter Provider may not administer or dispense medication (provide dosage or ensure medication schedule adherence) for participants and may not require participants to turn over their medication.
Medication Storage. All medications must be safely stored and supervised in accordance with applicable legislation.
Medication Storage. The Provider must supply locking medication storage carts for each facility as specified by the DDOC. The carts shall be durable, lightweight, and easy to move. The Provider is responsible for all repairs/replacements of carts when necessary.
Medication Storage. I must not share, sell, or give anyone else my medication. I understand that these substances may be sought by others with chemical dependency and I will closely safeguard them.

I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that children in my care do not have age-inappropriate access to the internet and social media. I will monitor child’s internet/social media use to ensure no inappropriate activity is occurring (such as accessing pornography or inappropriate violent content, contact with persons in violation of court order, being targeted by pedophiles, etc.). I understand that I am not to post photos/videos of a child in my care on social media/internet unless it has been approved by LCW. I will not post comments about a child’s dependency case, family, location or child’s name on the internet/social media. I understand that I am expected to respect the child and the child’s family’s spiritual/religious perspectives/beliefs, and not impose my beliefs as the caregiver on the child. I will consult with LCW prior to bringing the child in my care to worship services/activities by me to determine if there is parental or other objection. I will not disparage the beliefs of the child in my care or their family.

  • Medication 1. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s physician shall prescribe and monitor adequate dosage levels for each Client. 2. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s physician shall not impose and/or limit dosage capitations for any prescribed medication for the treatment of opioid use disorder.

  • Cloud storage DSHS Confidential Information requires protections equal to or greater than those specified elsewhere within this exhibit. Cloud storage of Data is problematic as neither DSHS nor the Contractor has control of the environment in which the Data is stored. For this reason: (1) DSHS Data will not be stored in any consumer grade Cloud solution, unless all of the following conditions are met: (a) Contractor has written procedures in place governing use of the Cloud storage and Contractor attests in writing that all such procedures will be uniformly followed. (b) The Data will be Encrypted while within the Contractor network. (c) The Data will remain Encrypted during transmission to the Cloud. (d) The Data will remain Encrypted at all times while residing within the Cloud storage solution. (e) The Contractor will possess a decryption key for the Data, and the decryption key will be possessed only by the Contractor and/or DSHS. (f) The Data will not be downloaded to non-authorized systems, meaning systems that are not on either the DSHS or Contractor networks. (g) The Data will not be decrypted until downloaded onto a computer within the control of an Authorized User and within either the DSHS or Contractor’s network. (2) Data will not be stored on an Enterprise Cloud storage solution unless either: (a) The Cloud storage provider is treated as any other Sub-Contractor, and agrees in writing to all of the requirements within this exhibit; or, (b) The Cloud storage solution used is FedRAMP certified. (3) If the Data includes protected health information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Cloud provider must sign a Business Associate Agreement prior to Data being stored in their Cloud solution.

  • Transporting Students 1. Employees shall not transport students except in accordance with School Board rules. The Board shall adopt a school board policy outlining the teacher’s and the Board’s responsibilities and liabilities. Said policy shall be included in all school handbooks beginning with the 2004-05 school year. 2. Teachers will not be required to transport pupils to and from activities which take place away from the school grounds.

  • Prescription Safety Glasses Prescription safety glasses will be furnished by the employer. The employer retains the authority to establish reasonable rules and procedures regarding frequency of issue, replacement of damaged glasses, limits on reimbursement costs and coordination with the employer's vision plan.
